By accessing our website or confirming a booking at Sunrise Beach Resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort.

Advance payment (full or partial) may be required to secure a reservation, depending on the season.

Room rates are charged per room per night, based on selected dates and occupancy.

Additional person charges apply as per the applicable season.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: As per resort policy (typically after 12:00 PM)

Check-out: As per resort policy (typically before 11:00 AM)

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Identification Policy

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

Foreign guests must provide a passport and valid visa.

4. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation policies vary by season and rate plan.

Peak season, festive, and special offer bookings may be non-refundable.

No-shows or early departures may be charged the full booking amount.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.

Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.

Illegal activities, loud disturbances, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

6. Children & Extra Guests

Children are welcome at the resort.

Extra guests beyond the allowed occupancy will be charged as per policy.

Unregistered visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.

7. Safety & Liability

The resort is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, government regulations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

10. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala.
