Reservation Policy – Sunrise Beach Resort

To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests, Sunrise Beach Resort follows the reservation policy outlined below:

  • Booking Confirmation:
    All reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. A confirmation message or email will be sent once payment is successfully completed.

  • Advance Payment:
    A minimum advance payment is required at the time of booking. The balance amount, if any, must be paid at check-in.

  • Guest Details:
    Guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID for all occupants at the time of check-in, as per local regulations.

  • Check-in & Check-out:

    • Check-in: From 1:00 PM

    • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
      Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Occupancy Policy:
    The number of guests per room must not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. Extra person charges apply as per the selected room and season.

  • Special Dates & Peak Season:
    Reservations during Christmas, New Year, holidays, and peak seasons may have special rates, stricter cancellation terms, and mandatory advance payment.

  • Unpaid / Incomplete Reservations:
    Sunrise Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel any unpaid or partially paid reservations without prior notice.

  • Rate Changes:
    Room rates are subject to change based on season, demand, or special events, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
